Hosting Support FAQ

Where do I get support?

Use the official Invisible-Internet support page or ticket path. Social channels are not the official support, legal, abuse, DMCA, or account-security path.

What infrastructure do hosting packages use?

Hosting packages use the Invisible-Internet Platform, including compute servers, backups and restore points, network firewalling, and network-layer protection as appropriate for the selected package.

Is Invisible-Internet fully managed hosting?

No. Invisible-Internet provides configured hidden-service hosting with practical support boundaries. We prepare selected hosting services and provide handoff guidance, but customers remain responsible for their site content, application choices, and custom operations.

Do you offer Tor exit nodes?

No. Invisible-Internet supports hidden-service publishing where selected, but Tor exit nodes are not part of the hosting product.

Is customer email hosting included?

No. Customer mailboxes and general-purpose email hosting are not included at launch. Some packages or add-ons may support controlled notices or relay-backed contact paths.

Do you manage wallets, seeds, or private keys?

No. Invisible-Internet does not custody funds, manage wallet seeds, or hold private keys. Customers control their wallet setup and backups.

What does included BTCPay mean?

Included BTCPay means the selected package can include customer-controlled Bitcoin payment capability and handoff support. It does not mean Invisible-Internet controls customer funds or wallet secrets.

Can I use a custom domain?

Custom domain and DNS setup are not included by default at launch. Hidden-service-first publishing remains the core, and custom exposure should be reviewed separately.

What happens after checkout?

Checkout collects the details needed to prepare the selected hosting environment. Invisible-Internet then brings the selected services online and provides handoff guidance through the account and support path.

How do I report abuse, DMCA, or legal issues?

Use the official support, abuse, DMCA, or legal intake path published by Invisible-Internet. Reports should include enough detail and evidence for review.
