# What Is Not Included

## Overview

Invisible-Internet hosting has clear boundaries so customers know what is included before purchase.

## What Invisible-Internet Handles

- Documents launch exclusions and support boundaries.
- Keeps base hosting separate from custom development, general mailbox hosting, wallet custody, and legal advice.
- Provides a path to ask about custom work when appropriate.

## Customer Responsibility

Do not assume a feature is included unless it appears in the package, product page, or written agreement.
